As a certified master coach in leadership development and an inspiring speaker, Rani Puranik is dedicated to empowering and supporting others in realizing their full potential. She is passionate about giving future generations the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Rani's background as a mentor speaks to her commitment to supporting and empowering young people. She previously served as an HISD R.O.S.E.S. Mentor (Resilient Outstanding Sisters Exemplifying Success) and currently mentors with the University of Houston's Bauer College of Business as a "Cares Mentor." Through these programs, Rani encourages students to learn from skilled professionals, build their confidence, and gain a deeper understanding of their passions and career paths.

Through her innovative partnership with Energy Institute High School, Rani brings together high school seniors and engineers from Worldwide Oilfield Machine (WOM) to collaborate on exciting energy product innovations. The program offers students a unique opportunity to work closely with professionals and gain hands-on experience in their field. Additionally, WOM hosts an internship program for high school and college students, providing them with valuable learning opportunities.

Rani Puranik has been named a recipient of the “Maura Women of Helping Woman” Award by the Texas Women’s Foundation, a CW39’s “Remarkable Woman” Finalist, and an “Enterprising Woman of the Year.” She has also been honored by Women in the Fast Lane of STEAM, the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and has received the “Daily Point of Light” Award.

Rani Puranik's journey is a testament to her determination and passion. She received her bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Pune in India and went on to launch Integral Search for Harmony through Art (ISHA), which provided a platform and voice for underserved and underrepresented girls in India. Rani served as CEO for nearly 20 years, executing as the lead choreographer, program designer, and mentor.

Upon returning to Houston, she further honed her skills by earning an MBA in finance from Rice University at the age of 40. With this education, she successfully took Worldwide Oilfield Machine (WOM) to new heights, serving as its co-owner, executive vice president and global CFO.

Aside from her business acumen, Rani is a multi-talented individual who wears many hats. She is a classically trained vocalist, musician, dancer, and certified yoga instructor. She is a proud mother of two grown daughters, and in her free time, she enjoys scuba diving, traveling, and spending time with her family.
